Robert P. Rothman, P.C., was established in 1979 as a successor to
the law practice of Samuel H. Greene following his passing. Since its inception the
practice has been restricted to collections and creditor's rights, with a concentration in
the medical collections area.

Robert P. Rothman
Mr. Rothman graduated from Pennsylvania State University in 1967,
and received his J.D. from Syracuse University in 1972. Mr. Rothman maintains
memberships in a number of professional groups such as Mid-York Medical Accounts
Management; American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management; National
Association of Credit Management; Consumer Credit Association of Central New York;
National Association of Retail Collection Attorneys; Commercial Law League of America and
the New York State Bar Association. He has held leadership positions in most of the
groups and continues to serve on many of their boards today. In addition, he has
served as a lecturer on collections of the Onondaga County Bar Association, the National
Business Institute and Lorman Educational Services. Mr. Rothman is admitted to
practice in the courts of the State of New York, and the Northern and Western districts of
New York in the Federal District Courts.

James F. Evans III
Mr. Evans received his B.A. from Harvard College, cum laude, in 1975
and his J.D. from Boston College in 1980. He is admitted to practice in the Courts
of the State of New York and the State of Maine. He is also admitted to practice in
the Northern District of New York and Western District of New York Federal District
Courts. Mr. Evans is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Onondaga
County Bar Association.
